Party Planning Advice It is better to see if an entertainer is available for the day and time of your event before you plan the party and send out the invitations rather than sending out the invitations first and then trying to frantically book a clown later when every clown is booked for that particular time slot of that day. (Please note our busiest times are between 3 and 7 PM on a Saturday which means that is the time slot when we often have to turn down jobs) Also allow time for your guests to get there once the party starts (figure about an hour is standard) though this varies from party to party.
